Well I have been trying to start off the year right these last few years and to do this it means driving up to Indiana for some R&R and a little kicking of the Highland High School Swim Team’s collective ass. This year the alumni smoked them in not only the waterpolo portion, but also beat them in the relays. I spent the Saturday, Sunday and Monday before the new year up there with Jim and his wife. Pauline went with me as well. It was nice to get to spend some time with them and me and Jim spent some time beating the crap out of each other in “Dead or Alive 2: Extreme” for the PSX 2 and “Test Drive 4: Off Road” as well. It was a blast. It was also nice to get to see some of the other alumni. I stopped and saw my grandmother for a bit and showed them how to do a couple things with their computer on Monday and got to eat some chicken and noodles. Pauline has also been on this cooking kick here lately so she got the recipe from my grandmother and is going to try to make the noodles. I hope she gets it because those things are very very good.
