A fellow worker asked me what I was doing for valentines this year. to which I replied probably nothing after buying the house our bank balance went down substancially.
I realized that brent and I have fallen into a pattern of just glossing over the holidays. I know it is easier than trying to think of something special and romantic to do, but is it possible that maybe these holidays are here because you are supposed to go to alittle extra effort at least once a year? maybe the extra effort you try to invest pays off in the long term??? what do you guys think? is anyone else out there in a relationship where you typically do nothing special over the holidays? do you think that it is important to do something or no?
